These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Rebelle Inc, including coaching, detox programs, and nutritional guidance.

1. Service Description:
Rebelle Inc offers personal coaching, spiritual guidance, detox protocols, and customized nutrition plans. Services are tailored to individual needs but are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any program, especially if they have a medical condition or are pregnant.

3. Payments and Refunds:
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Rebelle Inc. Missed sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality:
All sessions are confidential. Rebelle Inc will not disclose personal information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Rebelle Inc is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs. All services are offered on an “as is” basis.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.

7. Intellectual Property:
All materials shared during the program are the intellectual property of Rebelle Inc and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milan, Italy.
